Microcomputer touch screen planetary ball mill is configured with touch screen control system based on conventional planetary ball mill, which owns functions of password settings, freely programming, multi-group program storage and call, process monitoring and fault alarm as well as features of presetting start time and working time, low energy consumption, and pre-setting of grinding process with memory function to facilitate the next operation. It achieves a friendly man-machine interface due to its intuitive design and simple humanization operation. Microcomputer touch screen device is applied to vertical, horizontal, 360 degree and dual planetary ball mill.

Working Principle

Working Principle
XQM series planetary ball mill has four ball grinding tanks installed on one turntable. When the turntable rotates, the tank axis makes planetary movements and the balls in the tanks grinds and mixes samples in high speed movement. The product can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or wet methods. Minimum granularity of ground products can be as small as 0.1 mm.
